We were open just one day after closing because of coronavirus. Our spirits were high. And then, came the water. Gang, we’re coming back stronger, more resilient and more prepared than ever. Our full line of the very best pet care services returns on Saturday, May 23.
Being the best requires the very best planning. As the plumbing leak from AMC emerged on April 28, our team began implementing our emergency plan. It was the sort of test no one wanted to have, especially after the hell-on-earth created by coronavirus. Yet the leak happened. We’re stronger having endured both, each further cementing our commitment to the health and safety of pets in our care, of pet parents and of our team.
All of what makes us amazing will be just the same. And to be as safe as possible during this unprecedented time will require technology we’ve already got – a medical-grade air sanitization and ventilation system, UV lights and a cleaning system designed and engineered to our demanding specifications. As pet care facilities, medical centers, retail stores and restaurants scramble to make these vital enhancements, take solace in knowing we already have them. We’ve had them since day one.
On behalf of everyone on our amazing Lucky & Lady team, thank you for supporting innovative, local businesses. We think local businesses are vital to communities and we’re honored to serve our community, create fulfilling jobs and give back to pets in need. We couldn’t do it without you and we thank you.
We are extending availability of our Front Liners First program for no-cost overnight boarding. And we’ve set aside some funds to help clients. If, in these challenging times, you need Lucky & Lady, but are unable to pay, please let a concierge know. We want to help you. And we hope you’ll help others by sharing our COVID-19 Resources for Pet Parents in North Georgia.
The experts say coronavirus isn’t going away anytime soon. So, we’re all adapting. And at Lucky & Lady, we remain intent on providing the right balance of attention and enrichment pets need, even if it all looks a little different. We don’t think pets will notice, but we do think they’ll thank all of us for the ability to thrive.
