About the position

A Remote Reservation Specialist at Lucky & Lady® is responsible for interacting with clients, booking reservations with great detail, and general sales of our state-of-the-art services. This position requires a reliable internet connection and certain hardware, in addition to certain and specific communication skills.

Must have impeccable communications and customer service skills and must be able to handle multiple clients simultaneously with a polite and cheerful demeanor. At Lucky & Lady®, a Remote Reservation Specialist is empowered to make decisions and solve problems and this position requires problem-solving skills. As with all of our team members, remarkable trust and reliability are required. Previous experience in communicating with busy professionals, travelers, hoteliers and concierges is preferred. Communicating with international, global and celebrity clients/agents is a must and any incumbent must uphold our strict policies governing privacy and security. Required qualifications

No two pets are alike and all pets come to us with unique requirements and preferences, as specified by pet parents. To ensure every pet’s stay at Lucky & Lady® is special, you will be responsible for asking questions, interpreting answers, and asking additional questions to gain a solid understanding of a client’s needs. To be successful in this position, you must understand, and be able to communicate; descriptions of our revolutionary facility, our amenities, our value and, most importantly our difference. We are not a cost leader or a value-based pet care service. We are a premium provider and we expect the same from our team members.

This position is best suited for friendly, outgoing individuals able to manage multiple client needs simultaneously by phone; via multiple digital leads and communications; and in our [virtual] lobby. Must rapidly find command of our cloud-based software platforms and an understanding of pets in our care. Candidates must be able to rapidly achieve a solid command of our programs, their benefits to pets in our care, and the features that make our facility the very best possible.


Technology requirements

  • A web-enabled computer and Google Chrome browser
  • A reliable internet gateway (connection) able to accommodate traffic over a secure connection (SSL)
  • An iPhone or Android mobile phone with the ability to download/utilize our business applications (apps)


Required qualifications

  • Must regard safety and security as the absolute highest priority
  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Must have experience in operating multi-line telephones, copiers, printers, POS equipment, and similar office equipment
  • Must have a solid understanding of Apple/Mac technology and computer software
  • Must be eligible for employment in the U.S.
  • All team members must be certified in canine and feline CPR and first aid and we will provide this training

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in a help desk, call center, or booking/reservation environment
  • Experience using pet or salon booking software
  • Previous retail/sales experience


Lucky & Lady® is staffed 24/7/365. Team members are generally provided regular shifts but flexibility to work different shifts is required.
